ACP Jet Charters, Inc. announces the creation of InJet

West Palm Beach, Fla. (Nov. 29, 2008) – Private jet travel is about to get easier. ACP Jet Charters, Inc., an air carrier that manages and operates a diverse fleet of aircraft, announced its plans to create InJet LLC (www.injet.com), a private jet services provider.
“Over the years at ACP Jets, we’ve seen an industry need for a program that combines the tangibility of fractional aircraft ownership with the cost effectiveness of on-demand charter,” InJet Chief Executive Officer Rubin Pikus said. “That’s what InJet will provide. We have the foundation in place to launch the company by the end of 2009.”
InJet will offer a comprehensive range of jet solutions, including InJet 25, a jet card program providing guaranteed rates for occupied flight time in blocks of 25, 50 or 100 hours. Clients can also choose InJet One, a pay-as-you-go, on-demand jet charter, or the Touch 10 jet card, a sample card which will give clients entry-level jet membership without large capital outlay.
“InJet will give members the flexibility to travel across the country with as little as an eight-hour notice,” Pikus said. “It is more affordable than whole- or fractional-jet ownership, and provides the same quality and flexibility. Members will have their pick of a wide range of small, midsized and large jets. And in order to fit their specific needs for each flight, Injet offers use of aircraft other than a members’ primary selection at an attractive interchange rate and no penalties.”
Pikus said the management team for ACP Jets will have an active role with the sister company.
“We have an experienced management team that has built ACP through loyalty to the customers and calculated benchmarks for operations and safety,” Pikus said. “We are committed to make use of that experience and work ethic for a successful launch of InJet.”
