TPM3 Series Power Controller

The TPM3 series power controller adopts a modular design idea, and the product consists of an interface module and a power module. A maximum of 16 power modules can be connected to one interface module, and each power module integrates 6 heating circuits. One TPM3 series product can realize heating control for up to 96 single-phase loads. The products are mainly used in multi-temperature zone control occasions such as semiconductor epitaxy furnace, automobile spraying and drying.
